HCSS - Law Enforcement System

These systems are designed to be used by Sheriff Departments, Police Departments, and Inmate Holding Facilities in the State of Texas. These systems provide for the following:

Case Management

(1) The ability to enter your incidents, offenses, tickets, warrants, and civil processes into the system, and all of the associated data that pertains to each case.

(2) The ability to enter the names and addresses of all the people that are associated with each case (complainants, victims, suspects, defendants, officers, etc...).

(3) The ability to access a case by either the case number, or by the names of any of the people attached to the case.

(4) The ability to track all motions and actions associated with each case.

(5) The ability to do investigative searchs thru the people, cases, vehicles, and narratives found in the system.

(6) The ability to produce virtual line ups based on either criteria or a specific person in the system.

(7) The ability to enter and track all fines, fees, and bonds associated with each case , and tracking which have been collected and which are still outstanding. Also the ability to process partial payments

(8) The ability to produce the reports required by the State of Texas.

(9) Texas Department of Public Safety - Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Reporting Interface.

(10) Document Imaging Integration.

(11) Digital Image Processing Integration.

Jail Management

(1) The ability to track the inmates personal, arrest, medical, mental, classification, and photo information in the system.

(2) The ability to alert users when specific events are coming due (ex. reclassification date, scheduled release date, etc...).

(3) The ability to automate the daily log based on events that are processed in the system.

(4) The ability to log inmate events, visits, phone calls, mail, etc...

(5) The ability to track and handle all commissary and medication needs.

(6) The ability to procude the reports required by the State of Texas.

(7) The ability to interface with third-party companies
