Budget Workshop Assistant
This is a new program that we have developed to help counties and cities
prepare their new budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Our customers asked
for an easy to use, spread sheet type program that would not only be easy
to use, but would interface with our accounting system. This program
provides for all of that and more. You have the ability to import data
from as many fiscal years as you have stored on your hard, customize the
report that you will use, and utilize formulas in calculating your new
budget based on experience in any of the previous fiscal years. Finally,
at the time that we create your new fiscal year files, we extract the
budget data from the Budget Workshop Assistant, and merge that data into
your new files. This new program has proven to be very popular with our
customers and has stimulated a lot of thought dealing with how we can make
the program even more powerful in the future.
Laser Generated Checks
We also offer the technology to generate your checks through the use of
laser printers. This process means that you start with virtually a blank
piece of paper and we print the entire check including the magnetic
encoding at the bottom of the check. This process can also include the
placement of signatures on the check.
Interfacing with other Computer Application Software Systems
Since no one computer software company can write all of the different
software products that a user might need and since no one computer
software company can write the best software product for every
application, from time to time we are forced to make products from
different vendors communicate. Our accounting system is setup to
accomodate interfacing with other systems and has the means through which
we can import and export data to and from other systems. We currently have
some interface routines in place, which take care of our current customer
requests, and stand prepared to work with you in establishing any other
interfaces that you might require.
